They include 2002 and 2003 Prix de Diane runners up Dance Routine and Time Ahead. Dance Routine is also a dual Group II winner and a half sister to the promising Apsis, an unbeaten 2yo Group winner last year. By Spectrum, Time Ahead is herself a half sister to Time Away and grand daughter of champion race mare, Time Charter. The Aga Khan owned Kadaka, a Stakes winning half sister to Kahyasi, was also among the first mares scanned in foal to Dalakhani, as is Dal Segno - a Darley owned winning half sister to Heron Island, out of a half sister to Darshaan.
Dalakhani was the highest rated two year old colt in France in 2002 following three straight wins, culminating in the Group I Critérium International. He went on to become Champion European three year old with victories in the Prix Lupin, Prix du Jockey-Club and Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, before being retired to Gilltown Stud in Ireland.
