Windya (ex Windy Gulch) won the Listed Grand Prix Inter-Regional Des 3 Ans in France on Saturday evening, Reefscape (ex Coraline) won the Gr. 3 Prix Gladiateur Royal Thalasso Barriere at Longchamp on Sunday, and he was also the broodmare sire of Farouge (Croco Rouge ex Fablimixa), winner of the Gr. 3 Stockholm Cup International in Sweden.
There are 2 yearlings consigned by HH The Aga Khan's French studs in the forthcoming Goffs Orby Million Sale of which Linamix is broodmare sire. Lot 150 is a Rock of Gibraltar half sister to the French 2000 Guineas winner Clodovil, and Lot 388 is a Sadler's Wells colt out of the Linamix mare Miss Satamixa, winner of the Prix Jacques Le Marois.
Additionally, there are 3 Linamix yearlings catalogued in Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Part 1, Lots 188, 335 and 464, and a further Lot, 1305, in Part 2.
His current crop of 3 year olds has an exceptionally high strike rate of 66% winners to runners worldwide.
LATEST NEWS Carlotamix, a 2 year old colt by Linamix out of Carlitta, ran out the winner of Saturday's GR.3 Prix des Chenes at Longchamp, beating the Sean Mulryan owned Linda's Lad half a length over the one mile trip. This was his second outing following a winning debut at Deauville in early August, and he currently carries an entry for the Group 1 Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster on 22nd October.
