OISEAU RARE (King’s Best ex Oiseau de Feu), leased back to Betty Lagardère by HH The Aga Khan, beat his own Kastoria by three quarters of a length in Saturday’s Group 2 Prix de Royallieu. This was the fourth win from 5 starts for the talented King’s Best filly.
CARADAK, owned and bred by HH The Aga Khan, finished runner up to the Ed Dunlop trained Court Masterpiece in Saturday’s Group 1 Prix de la Foret. This progressive son of Desert Style is out of the Shahrastani mare Caraiyma. Winner of the Minstrel Stakes (Gr.3) and also the Desmond Stakes (Gr.3) in Ireland this summer, Caradak has earnt over €250 000 to date. Updated 03/10/2005.
