David Nagle's 7 figure bid secured the dam of Daliapour, currently in foal to Alhaarth, for whom a Sadler's Wells cover may be next. At €1 000 000, Dalara became the highest priced broodmare to be sold at Irish auction in the last 2 decades.
Also on Saturday, Crispin de Moubray went to €320 000 to secure DARABELA, the 2nd highest lot of the sale, while HANNDA was knocked down to McKeever St.Lawrence at €275 000, making the filly the 3rd highest lot.
