HH Aga Khan’s Haras de Bonneval in Normandy opens its gates to breeders and visitors on Saturday 24th January from 10am until 5pm. On show will be the stud’s two resident stallions, dual Derby and Arc hero SINNDAR and newcomer LINNGARI. A free nomination to each sire will be offered in a prize draw which will be organised during the open day.
SINNDAR is established as a top class sire with his produce winning Gr 1 contests in France, Germany and Ireland and his three-year-olds boast a remarkable 52% winner/runner ratio. His first French-born crop will be seen on the racecourse this year.
The Aga Khan Studs latest addition is homebred LINNGARI. This winner of a pair of Gr 1 events has shown great consistency during his globetrotting campaign and retired sound to stud after an illustrious career which took in Group victories over six to ten furlongs.
SINNDAR is proposed at a reduced fee of 10,000 Euros this season, while LINNGARI is offered at 5,000 Euros.
A brunch will be offered during the day at the Haras de Bonneval, which is located at Le Mesnil Mauger, close to Crèvecoeur en Auge and Lisieux. For further details or directions please do not hesitate to contact the stud on +33 231 48 18 60.
